Nicholas Miller

CEO

Nicholas is an innovative career entrepreneur who has founded several successful private and publicly traded U.S. and Canadian technology companies in the software, wireless, and Internet sectors. His wide-ranging experience as a high technology executive includes over 30 years of direct P&L responsibility, along with extensive experience in technology start-ups, sales, marketing, licensing, software and hardware engineering, product development, and new product launches. Nicholas has served on the Boards of numerous public and privately traded companies in the US and Canada, as well as several non-profit Boards including Oceanwise.

Andrew Chan

CFO

Andrew has a strong pedigree in technology, innovation, and finance through successful senior positions at companies such as Raytheon, Electronic Arts, and Eight Solutions. He has a proven track record in raising private capital, taking companies public, and positioning business units for acquisition by large multinationals. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and is a CPA-CGA. Andrew has served on the Board of Directors at the British Columbia Innovation Council and won the Forty Under 40 of Business in Vancouver in 2014.

Kelly Kirsch

Managing Director, ESG Europe · Paris, France

Kelly leads ESG.AI Europe from our Paris headquarters, driving strategy, partnerships, and business development across the region. He is a member of the global executive team, and works closely with ESG.AI’s Vancouver HQ to shape corporate strategy and key decisions. He is a seasoned ESG and sustainability expert, bringing 15+ years of experience in international business, banking, and sustainable finance. He has held visiting lecturer roles at Harvard, ESCP, Sorbonne, Audencia, and ESSCA, and is a frequent speaker at global sustainability conferences, including events in France and the Baltics. Kelly is committed to advancing data-driven ESG solutions that align with global sustainability goals and regulatory standards.

Bruno Baillavoine

Managing Director, UK

Bruno Baillavoine has an extensive 40 year background in executive management with diverse industries ranging from financial consulting, manufacturing, health care, sports, biotechnology, clean energy and food and beverage. Since 2017, he has served as Managing Director of Pericles Group UK, a subsidiary of the leading Paris-based consulting firm, Pericles Consulting Holdings SAS. With over 500 institutional clients worldwide, Pericles offers consulting expertise in the fields of banking, finance, asset management and insurance. Mr. Baillavoine currently serves on the board of directors of CEL-SCI Corporation, a NYSE American-listed biotechnology company, and Gratomic Inc., a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange that produces anode material for the global electric vehicle and energy storage industries.

Dr. Elliot Holtham

AI Lead

Dr Elliot Holtham (PhD, MBA) is a technology entrepreneur specializing in AI, engineering, and technology. Elliot has co-founded a number of technology start-ups, most recently as co-founder, CEO, and COO of Xtract AI, a Machine Learning company acquired by Patriot One Technologies (TSX:PAT). Elliot has co-authored over a dozen scientific articles and has been an invited speaker at technical conferences around the world. He has a PhD from the University of British Columbia (UBC), holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid where he graduated on the Dean’s List, and graduated with Distinction in Engineering Physics from UBC.

Nathan Wolfe

Director of Data Science

Nathan is a passionate researcher and problem solver with 10 years of academic and industrial experience tackling challenging high tech problems. With a wide breadth of computational experience ranging from fluid dynamics and optics to digital drug discovery, he looks forward to using his knowledge of machine learning and problem solving to tackle the complex domain of ESG scoring.

Ray is a highly-skilled software developer with hands-on experience in data analytics, machine learning DevOps, and cloud-native enterprise applications. He holds a master's degree in computer science with a research focus on machine learning. Board Member

Marie is an independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee for ESG.ai and two publicly listed companies: GDEV Inc., a NASDAQ-listed game development company and Team Internet Group plc, a London Stock Exchange-listed technology company. She is also the Chief Operating Officer of Proteus International LLC, a 30-year old consulting, coaching and training firm focused on supporting boards and executive leaders. Prior to her current roles, Marie spent nine years at Comcast NBC Universal, initially as Chief Financial Officer and subsequently as Managing Director for NBC Universal International Networks. She also held the role of Senior Audit Manager at General Electric.

Michael Riedl

Michael Riedl is the Chief Executive Officer of Team Internet Group plc, a leading global internet solutions company with a focus on digital advertising and domain name management solutions. Mr. Riedl co-founded ShortDot SA, a leading domain registry company. He is also engaged in pro bono work on the Board of Governors of the International School of Luxembourg and the International Alumni Advisory Board of James Madison University. He holds degrees in Law, Business Administration, and Computer Science from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, the European Business School and James Madison University, USA.

Eric Baum

Eric brings over 20 years of experience in advising executive leadership teams for both well-established Fortune 50 companies and emerging ventures across a spectrum of industries including life sciences, education, travel, technology, and real estate. In his concurrent roles as Managing Director of Acquis Consulting Group and Partner/Co-Founder of its affiliate company, Solidea Capital, Eric guides companies in areas such as corporate strategy, market positioning, growth and scale strategies, trajectory management, partnering frameworks, and risk evaluation. He also serves in several advisory and director roles for public and private companies and has frequently led Compensation Committees and been an active member of Audit Committees. Eric founded and leads a rapidly growing real estate investment firm operating in several U.S. markets, and is also actively involved in the venture capital arena as a participant in several investment-focused groups. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University, where he graduated as Valedictorian. He was awarded the Goizueta Business School Organizational Management Highest Award for Excellence and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the highest national business honor society in the USA.

Anastasia Paris

Head of ESG performance and Social Strategy, Groupe Crédit Agricole

Anastasia Paris is a senior ESG and sustainability leader with over a decade of experience in major European financial institutions. As Head of ESG Performance at Groupe Credit Agricole, she builds and executes the group's ESG strategy and company policy. She leads the implementation of EBA ESG guidelines for the group and oversees the development of its ESG scoring capabilities. Previously, as Head of ESG and Sustainability at Allianz Trade, she built the company's ESG strategy alongside defining its ESG product suite. A member of banking advocacy groups for EU policy making, Anastasia has contributed to ESRS standards with EFRAG, participated in ECB dialogue on ESG frameworks, and supported Green Deal regulatory initiatives including CSRD and CSDD. She also held a senior strategy role at BNP Paribas, introducing sustainable finance concepts into trade product development. Anastasia holds an Executive MBA from HULT International Business School and a Master's degree in Sciences from Pierre et Marie Curie Paris VI.
